13G Passive Stakes
Reads original Schedule 13G filings (file_type 'SCHEDULE 13G', not '/A' amendments — i.e. NEW 5%+ stakes) from SEC EDGAR full-text search. Each filing's filer is identified from the SEC display metadata; index funds, mega asset managers, banks, and market makers are excluded by name, leaving only concentrated investors. Emits a long-bias trade_card for the subject company. Every subject ticker is re-gated to chartable market data before emitting. A 13G is passive (no activist intent), so this is framed as accumulation, not an activist event.

Most 13G filings are mechanical noise from index giants (Vanguard, BlackRock) and market makers (Jane Street, Citadel). We strip those out and surface only NEW 5%+ stakes from concentrated investors — the kind of quiet accumulation by a focused fund (Venrock, Glazer, Davidson Kempner) that can precede a re-rating. It's the passive counterpart to the 13D activist tracker.
