Senate Trades
Tracks the U.S. Senate Electronic Financial Disclosure (eFD) system for Senators' Periodic Transaction Reports (PTRs). Parses each electronic PTR's transaction table and emits a long-bias trade_card for every fresh PURCHASE of a tradeable equity or ETF. Sales and exchanges are recorded but not emitted. Scanned paper filings cannot be parsed and are skipped. Conviction scales with the disclosed STOCK Act amount range. This is the Senate counterpart to the House Pelosi/Congress trackers.
