Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Pro or Analyst subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@soar.trade with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Partial Months

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
