✕ Never send
- Broker API keys, private keys, or seed phrases. We never need them and we will never ask. If anyone claiming to be Soar support asks, it isn't us.
- Passwords for your Soar account, Clerk, Stripe, or any broker.
- Your full credit card number — billing questions go through Stripe's portal in Account Settings.
Your message is private. Soar AI is zero-knowledge — we never see your broker keys, your trades, or your account balances when we read your support ticket. Only what you write in the message itself.
