By accessing or using Soar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Soar is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that provides daily trade ideas, macro analysis, and options plays for educational and informational purposes only. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and reviewed by a human analyst.

3. Investment Disclaimer

4. Options Disclaimer

Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. Options can expire worthless, resulting in total loss of premium paid. Ensure you understand the risks before trading options.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; all activity under your account; conducting your own due diligence before making any investment decision; complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Payment & Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $19/month. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

7. Referral Program

A qualifying referral is a new user who signs up via your unique referral link and has not previously had an account. The reward (1 month free Pro) is applied after 3 qualifying paid conversions. Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Soar reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral program (fake accounts, self-referral) will result in account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soar and its operators shall not be held liable for any investment losses, platform downtime, data inaccuracies, or damages arising from the use of this Service. All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
